Yesterday I thought that a finely chopped piece of lightly salted salmon would go well here :-)
Ingredients
- Avocado 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Sweet Red Onion 1 piece
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs hard. Pour cold water over them, peel, and chop finely.
Step 2
Wash and cut the avocados in half. Remove the flesh from the halves. Chop the flesh finely.
Step 3
Finely chop the red onion.
Step 4
Mix the eggs, avocado, and onion. Add mayonnaise or heavy cream to taste.
Step 5
Spoon the mixture into the remaining avocado shells.
Step 6
Optionally, lightly garnish with freshly ground pepper on top.
