Ingredients
- Bacon 5 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Apple Cider Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Table Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Eel 2 pieces
- Celery stalk 2 stalks
- Pickled Apples 2 pieces
- Avocado 2 pieces
- Cress salad to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bake the bacon in the oven until crispy, then crumble it.
Step 2
Prepare the dressing: mix olive oil, vinegar, mustard, and honey. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Wash the lettuce and tear the leaves into large pieces. Finely chop the celery. Slice the apples and celery.
Step 4
In a deep clear bowl, layer the salad, celery, apples, lettuce, and avocado, drizzling dressing over each layer.
Step 5
Top with bacon and drizzle with the remaining dressing. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with cress.
