Ingredients
- Avocado 4 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Lemon 1 piece
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the ripe and soft avocados in half and remove the pit.
Step 2
Use a tablespoon to scoop out the flesh, trying not to damage the skin.
Step 3
Place the flesh in a deep bowl and drizzle with lemon juice, then mash with a wooden masher until smooth.
Step 4
Boil the eggs hard, cool them, peel, and grate them on a fine grater.
Step 5
Finely chop or grate the onion.
Step 6
Combine all the ingredients, season with pepper and salt, dress with mayonnaise, and mix well.
Step 7
Fill the avocado skins with the prepared salad.
