Avocado and Shrimp Salad
Ingredients
- Avocado 1 piece
- Potato 1 piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Shrimp 5 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the shrimp in salted water for 1–2 minutes. Cool down.
Step 2
Cut the avocado in half and scoop out the flesh. These will be the bowls for our salad.
Step 3
Dice the avocado flesh and tomato into medium cubes. Add the peeled shrimp. Season with salt, pepper, add finely chopped garlic and lemon juice.
