Description

When we say avocado, we mean shrimp. The most popular of the people's salads is prepared in just 20 minutes: sauté the shrimp, combine them with tomatoes, coarsely chopped avocado flesh, tear lettuce leaves by hand, and dress everything with store-bought Thousand Island dressing.   • Avocado ½ pieces
  • Tomatoes ½ pieces
  • Corn Salad 6 pieces
  • Shrimp 20 pieces
  • Thousand Island dressing 2 spoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the avocado into thin wedges and drizzle with lemon juice. Add the chopped tomato and fresh salad leaves.

Step 2

Add the pre-cooked and chilled shrimp. Dress with Thousand Island dressing.
