Ingredients

  • Avocado 3 pieces
  • Red Grape Juice 3 pieces
  • Shallot 1½ heads
  • Cider 2½ spoons
  • Boston Salad 5 oz
  • Lemon ¼ pieces
  • Walnuts 0 fl oz
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and cut it in half, then slice it thinly and rinse under cold water. Peel the grapefruits, removing the skin and all membranes, and separate them into segments.

Step 2

Squeeze the juice from a quarter of a lemon and mix it in a bowl with vinegar, then add the chopped shallot. Whisk the dressing with a whisk and gradually drizzle in all the oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

Arrange the salad leaves on plates, then top with avocado and grapefruit. Drizzle with dressing.
