Avocado and Egg Salad
Ingredients
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- TABASCO® ½ teaspoon
- Avocado 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Spanish onions 5 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Banana Leaves to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and TABASCO.
Step 2
Peel and finely chop the avocados and add them to the sauce. Then add the finely chopped tomatoes and onion. Next, add the finely chopped eggs and parsley. Gently mix, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for a while.
Step 3
On a plate, lay out the lettuce leaves, and top with the salad mixture. Garnish with sprigs of parsley.
