Ingredients
- Crab Meat 15 oz
- Shallot 0 oz
- Caesar Dressing 5 fl oz
- Ham 0 oz
- Pesto 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- White Beans 5 oz
- Avocado 5 oz
- Peanut Sprouts 5 oz
- Pistachios 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the beans (if you're short on time, you can use canned beans) and chop them, then mix with pesto and carefully arrange on a plate.
Step 2
Mix the crab meat with chopped shallot and Caesar dressing, and place it on top of the beans.
Step 3
Slice the avocado and place it on top of the crab meat.
Step 4
Cover everything with a mound of sprouts topped with pine nuts.
Step 5
Fry the ham in hot oil until crispy.
Step 6
Blend the crispy ham with olive oil and pine nuts to make a sauce, then drizzle it over and around the salad.
Step 7
For four servings, place four thin slices of ham in the oven for 15 minutes at 345°F.
