Ingredients
- Avocado 1 piece
- Courgette 1 piece
- Okinawa Salad Leaf Mix 1 piece
- Cod fillet 10 oz
- Yakiniku sauce 5 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the cod fillet into small pieces and fry on both sides in olive oil in a preheated pan (5-6 minutes total). Let cool to room temperature.
Step 2
Peel the avocado and cut it into small cubes, slice the cucumber into thin strips.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the Okinawa salad mix, avocado, cucumber, cod fillet, add teriyaki sauce (preferably homemade), olive oil, and gently mix.
