- Cheese Spread 10 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste

Step 1
Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and grate it (if it's too ripe, you can mash it with a fork).
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Mix everything together, add garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Dress with mayonnaise.
