Ingredients

  • Bacon 5 oz
  • Pistachios 0 oz
  • Young Spinach "Belaya Dacha" 5 oz
  • Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Balsamic Vinegar to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Fry the bacon until crispy.

Step 2

Set aside and in the same pan, toast the pine nuts until golden brown.

Step 3

Peel and slice the avocado into thin slices.

Step 4

Dressing: mix olive oil, black pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Do not add salt, as the bacon usually contains enough.

Step 5

Assemble the salad: avocado, spinach leaves, bacon, nuts, and dressing. Mix everything well — and it's ready!
