Description

The first step is to soak the pumpkin seeds in oil, as they are initially quite tough compared to the other ingredients. Therefore, while the other vegetables are being chopped, the pumpkin seeds soften, and later they blend well with the other products in the salad.

  • Iceberg Lettuce 5 oz
  • Avocado 1 piece
  • Cucumbers 2 pieces
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Red Onion 2 pieces
  • Garlic 3 heads
  • Shelled pumpkin seeds 3 tablespoons
  • Herbes de Provence 1 teaspoon
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Unrefined Sunflower Oil 4 tablespoons

Prepare the ingredients, wash the vegetables.

Place the pumpkin seeds at the bottom of a bowl, then layer torn iceberg lettuce leaves on top and drizzle with fragrant oil.
