- Beef Kidneys 10 oz
- Spinach 1 bunch
- Basil 1 bunch
- Mango 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch

Step 1
Cut the liver into small pieces and fry until cooked (5–7 minutes).
Step 2
Peel and dice the mango. Mix the basil and spinach leaves with the liver, add the oil.
Step 3
Season with pepper and salt, and mix with the mango.
