Ingredients
- Black Rowan 1 cup
- Dried cranberries with sugar 1 cup
- Lingonberry 1 cup
- Beans 1 piece
- Avocado 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, add 1 cup of cranberries, 1 cup of black rowan berries, 1 cup of lingonberries, and a banana cut into large pieces (it absorbs flavors well and will hardly stand out in this berry mix).
Step 2
For a smoother taste, add one ripe avocado and 400 ml of rice milk (you can use regular or almond milk).
Step 3
Blend well at maximum speed until completely homogeneous.
