Ingredients
- Canned cod liver 1 can
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Onion 2 heads
- Butter 5 oz
- Antonovka apples 2 pieces
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Walnuts 15 pieces
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
- Vinegar essence to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and marinate it in vinegar for a day.
Step 2
Separate the fish from the backbone and mash it with a fork. Boil the eggs, peel them, separate the whites from the yolks, and peel the apples.
Step 3
Grate the yolks, whites, apple, cheese, and frozen butter separately on a coarse grater.
Step 4
On a plate, layer the egg whites, followed by the canned fish and onion, and spread with mayonnaise.
Step 5
Next, layer the butter, cheese, apples, and yolks in turn. Shape the salad like a cake, trimming the edges evenly.
Step 6
Spread mayonnaise on the top and sides, and sprinkle with finely chopped walnut kernels. Garnish the finished salad with parsley.
