Asparagus and Radish Salad
Ingredients
- Asparagus 20 oz
- Vinegar essence 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 2 teaspoons
- Sesame Oil 1 teaspoon
- Grated Ginger Root ½ teaspoon
- Chili jam to taste
- Radish 1 bunch
- Chopped Green Onions 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the asparagus diagonally into small pieces and boil in boiling water or steam for 1 minute, then transfer to ice water.
Step 2
Cut the radish into small pieces.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, ginger, and a little chili sauce (optional).
Step 4
Add the asparagus, radish, and green onion to the dressing. Toss and serve warm or chilled.
