Ingredients
- Garlic 1 clove
- Anchovy fillet 1 can
- Salt to taste
- Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Arborio rice 0 oz
- Asparagus 5 oz
- Peas 0 oz
- Red Onion 5 oz
- Basil leaves 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the anchovy fillet, mix with garlic and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Step 2
Then separately whisk the vegetable oil with vinegar.
Step 3
Cook the rice in a pot, add salt to the water, the rice should absorb the water, cook for about 15 minutes.
Step 4
Add the asparagus and peas, cook in a separate pot.
Step 5
Drain the water and dress the asparagus with the sauce.
Step 6
Add the onion, let it sit for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Finally, add the basil, mix everything well so that the rice, asparagus with peas, and herbs become a uniform mass.
