- Avocado 2 pieces
- Asparagus 5 oz
- Jicama 1 piece
- Grapefruits 1 piece
- Lime 2 pieces
- Fresh Mint 2 tablespoons
- Scallions 2 bunches
- Ocean salt to taste
- Spanish onions ½ head
- Alfalfa sprouts 1 cup
- Eel 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and chop the avocado, asparagus, jicama, and grapefruit. Remove the white membranes from the grapefruit for a sweeter salad taste.
Step 2
Squeeze the juice from the limes.
Step 3
Finely chop the mint, green onion, and red onion.
Step 4
Gently mix all the ingredients, add salt, and serve on a plate with lettuce leaves mixed with sprouts.
