Ingredients
- Young Spinach "Belaya Dacha" 5 oz
- Oranges 1 piece
- Avocado 1 piece
- Shallot 0 oz
- Grated Ginger Root 0 oz
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi 2 spoons
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Sesame Oil ¼ spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the shallots, mince the ginger, and mix them together. Add vinegar and oil — sesame oil and a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Whisk the dressing, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Peel the orange, removing the skin and the white pith underneath, then slice it into rounds about 1 cm thick, and cut each round in half. Slice the avocado into thin pieces.
Step 3
Combine the spinach with the dressing, then add the avocado and orange. Gently toss the salad and serve.
