- Ocean salt a pinch
- Champagne Vinegar 10 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the arugula gently under a light stream of water to avoid bruising. Pat dry. Place it in a salad bowl.
Step 2
Chop the tomatoes, preferably in large, random pieces. Add them to the arugula.
Step 3
Press the garlic into the salad. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, wine vinegar, and salt. Mix everything well.
