- White Balsamic Cream 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Toast the walnuts in a well-heated skillet over medium heat for 3–5 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
Step 2
On plates, arrange the arugula, sliced strawberries, and shaved Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper, and gently toss.
Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with roughly chopped walnuts.
