Ingredients

  • Arugula 1 bunch
  • Spinach 1 bunch
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Marinated cherries 5 pieces
  • Baby Corn 3 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the greens, place them on a paper towel, and dry them.

Step 2

Cut the carrot into long thin strips and place them in a hot skillet (I used Wok Oil). Cut the onion in half (if the head is large, use only one half) and slice it into wedges. Add to the carrot and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring.

Step 3

Place the greens in a salad bowl, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and add them to the greens. Cut the baby corn (I used marinated baby corn) into small pieces and add them to the salad.

Step 4

Top with the sautéed carrots and onions. Enjoy your meal!
