Ingredients
- Arugula 1 bunch
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Spicy salami 8 pieces
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 10 pieces
- Olives stuffed with lemon 10 pieces
- Olive Oil ⅓ cup
- Red Wine Vinegar 3 tablespoons
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the arugula, remove the stems and chop the leaves. Place them in a medium-sized salad bowl.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half rings and add it to the salad, along with the halved sun-dried tomatoes, sliced salami, and olives.
Step 3
Mix the olive oil, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Dress the salad and mix well. Serve immediately.
