
Arugula Salad with Mint, Pears, Walnuts, and Blue Cheese

Description
Be careful, the walnuts in honey stick to the plate very firmly. It's best to pry them off with a knife to avoid accidentally pulling a piece of the plate along with the nut.
Ingredients
- Arugula 1 bunch
- Fresh Mint ½ bunches
- Walnuts 8 pieces
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Lemon ½ pieces
- Blue Cheese 5 oz
- Pears 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Tear the arugula and mint.
Step 2
Slice the pears into wedges and drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Step 3
In a skillet, heat the honey and toast the walnuts in it for just two minutes. Transfer the walnuts to a plate.
Step 4
Cut the blue cheese into cubes (Dorblu is the best choice).
Step 5
Mix all the ingredients together and drizzle with lemon juice.
