Ingredients

  • Red cocktail cherry 10 oz
  • Arugula ½ bunches
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 1 tablespoon
  • Croutons 5 oz
  • Sesame bun a pinch
  • Unrefined Sunflower Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Taco seasoning mix to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut two slices of white bread and bake them in the oven for 5 minutes at 390°F.

Step 2

Wash the vegetables and dry them with a towel.

Step 3

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half or into quarters, depending on their size and your preference.

Step 4

Tear the arugula leaves into small pieces by hand.

Step 5

Add the toasted and cooled croutons that have been sprinkled with garlic powder after toasting.

Step 6

Add about a teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese (for those who love it like I do, feel free to add more), a pinch of sesame seeds, a small pinch of salt, and a generous pinch of Italian herbs (oregano, garlic, basil, thyme). You can also add some dried basil for extra flavor.
