  • Cucumbers 2 pieces
  • Arugula 5 oz
  • Canned Red Beans ½ can
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the cucumbers, cut off the ends, and chop finely.

Step 2

Wash the arugula and dry it with a paper towel. You can cut it into 3-4 cm pieces to avoid very large leaves. Add the arugula to the cucumbers.

Step 3

Rinse the beans and add them to the salad as well.

Step 4

Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
