Ingredients
- Shrimp 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Red Wine Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Balsamic Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Young Spinach "Belaya Dacha" 0 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a mixture of butter and olive oil, sauté the shrimp for 1–2 minutes, then add the minced garlic. As soon as it becomes fragrant, pour in the wine and let it reduce for 30 seconds, then remove from heat.
Step 2
Whisk together red wine vinegar and balsamic vinegar with olive oil, pepper, and salt. Toss the arugula with the dressing.
Step 3
Arrange the arugula on a plate, add the shrimp on top, drizzle with the wine sauce from the skillet, garnish with slices of Parmesan, and season with salt and pepper.
