Armenian Vegetable Salad
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 6 pieces
- Cucumbers 5 pieces
- Bell Peppers 3 pieces
- Salad Onions 3 heads
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Basil 1 bunch
- Parsley 1 bunch
- 3% Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the cucumbers and peel them, wash the bell peppers and remove the seeds and stem, wash the tomatoes.
Step 2
Slice everything into thin rounds.
Step 3
Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.
Step 4
Wash the herbs and chop them finely.
Step 5
Layer the vegetables in a deep salad bowl, lightly salting and peppering each layer, and top with the onions.
Step 6
Drizzle with vinegar, sprinkle with herbs, and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
