Ingredients

  • Ground coriander 1 bunch
  • Bulgur 5 oz
  • Tomatoes 3 pieces
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
  • Parsley 1 stem
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place the bulgur in a bowl and pour 450 ml of boiling water over it. Soak for 30 minutes, drain the water, and shake.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the prepared bulgur, tomato, parsley, cilantro, salt, and vegetable oil. Stir and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Stir again before serving.
