Armenian Salad
Ingredients
- Cicmaty 1 bunch
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Arugula 1 bunch
- Lightly Salted Muksun 0 oz
- Potato 1 piece
- Quail Egg 7 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers ½ piece
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Sumac ½ teaspoon
- Ocean salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the quail eggs hard.
Step 2
Finely chop the parsley.
Step 3
Finely chop the cicmatis.
Step 4
Do the same with the arugula.
Step 5
Cut the tomato into large cubes. Combine it with the greens in a deep bowl. Add salt.
Step 6
Chop the bell pepper into smaller pieces and add it to the salad.
Step 7
Cut the boiled quail eggs into large pieces.
Step 8
Slice the cheese into small pieces.
Step 9
Dress with sour cream.
Step 10
Add salt and sumac.
Step 11
Add olive oil.
Step 12
Mix and serve.
