Ingredients

  • Cicmaty 1 bunch
  • Parsley 1 bunch
  • Arugula 1 bunch
  • Lightly Salted Muksun 0 oz
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Quail Egg 7 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers ½ piece
  • Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Sumac ½ teaspoon
  • Ocean salt to taste

Boil the quail eggs hard.
