Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

To prepare the drink, take a large ripe apple, a banana, kiwis, a small bunch of grapes, and a glass of pre-brewed green tea.

Step 2

Peel the fruits and cut them into large pieces (if the grapes have seeds, remove them).

Step 3

Place the chopped kiwis, apple, banana, grapes, and add a glass of green tea into a blender.

Step 4

Blend everything well. Serve immediately, as the apple and banana will oxidize and change color in 20–30 minutes.
