Ingredients
- Chopped almonds ¼ cup
- Celery stalk 2 pieces
- Clear Apple Juice 1 piece
- Seedless Green Grapes 5 oz
- Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Spread the nuts on a baking sheet and toast for 4–6 minutes. Let cool.
Step 2
Slice the celery diagonally into small pieces. Cut the apple in half, remove the core, and slice thinly.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the celery, apple, halved grapes, vinegar, and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Gently toss and sprinkle with nuts.
