  • Red Grape Juice 25 fl oz
  • Apple juice with pulp 0 qt
  • Sugar 0,7 glasses
  • Cinnamon 1 piece
  • Star anise 2 pieces
  • Cointreau 4 spoons
  • Dried cranberries with sugar 5 oz
  • Green Apples 3 pieces
  • Lemon 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a large pot, combine wine and unfiltered packaged apple juice. Add sugar, a cinnamon stick (broken into 3 pieces), 2 star anise pods, liqueur, cranberries (fresh or frozen), sliced apples, and lemon wedges.

Step 2

Stirring continuously, bring the mixture to a boil over high heat. Then reduce the heat to medium and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.

Step 3

Ladle into cups and serve hot with fruits and berries.
