  • Sugar 4 tablespoons
  • Lemon ½ piece
  • Potato protein 2 tablespoons

Step 1

Peel the apples, chop them finely, and place them in a saucepan. Pour in 1 liter of water. Squeeze the juice from ½ lemon and add the lemon remnants to the apples. Add sugar.

Step 2

When the compote starts to boil, remove the lemon. Mash the apples with a potato masher. Cook for about 10 minutes.

Step 3

Dissolve the starch in 1 glass of cold water. Pour it in a thin stream into the compote while stirring. Bring to a boil, cook for another minute, and remove from heat.
