- Sugar ¾ cup
- Apple 20 oz
- Potato protein 1½ tablespoons

Step 1
Wash the apples thoroughly, slice them thinly, place them in a pot, cover with 2 cups of water, and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Once the apples are soft, strain them through a fine sieve placed over the pot, mash the resulting puree, and mix it with the broth.
Step 3
Then add the sugar, bring to a boil, and thicken with diluted potato starch.
