Ingredients
- Apple 0 lbs
- Lemon ½ piece
- Cider 5 fl oz
- Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 5 oz
- Cream 0 qt
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the apples into quarters and remove the cores.
Step 2
Bring the cider to a boil with lemon juice, peel, and cinnamon. Add the apples and cook for 3–4 minutes covered, then remove the lid and continue to cook, stirring, until the apples are soft.
Step 3
Drain the apples in a sieve and sprinkle with sugar to taste. Garnish with whipped cream.
