- Mandarin Puree 1 piece
- Red Grape Juice 20 oz
- Brown Sugar to taste
- Cinnamon 1 piece
- Star anise 1 piece
- Green peppercorns to taste
- Lemon ½ piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil 200 ml of water.
Step 2
Add sliced apples and mandarin to the water.
Step 3
Add lemon, cinnamon stick, and star anise. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add sugar, wine, and a few black peppercorns.
Step 5
Bring to a boil and serve hot.
