Apple, Carrot, and Fennel Salad

Description
With a food processor, this can be prepared in 10 minutes using readily available ingredients. The quantity of ingredients is approximate: it depends on the size of the fruits. There should be plenty of apples and carrots, roughly equal in amount, and just a little fennel (I used baby fennel here). You can add olive oil or plain yogurt if you like.

- Apple 5 pieces
- Carrot 4 pieces
- Fennel 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the cores from the apples and grate them using a large grater.
Step 2
Peel the carrots and grate them using a large grater.
Step 3
Slice the fennel thinly.
Step 4
Mix everything together, add a little lemon juice, and let it sit in the refrigerator for a while to allow the carrots to release their juice.
