- Liver Pâté 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 1 teaspoon

- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Spread a thin layer of butter and a thick layer of pâté on the slices of bread. Finely chop the mushrooms, sauté them, and add flour, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Next, as in a julienne: mix and keep on low heat until thickened.
Step 3
On the bread, place the mushrooms in a mound, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in the oven.
