Ingredients
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Courgette 1 piece
- Eel 1 head
- Turnips 5 oz
- Walnuts 15 pieces
- Anchovies 4 pieces
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Anchovy fillet 2 tablespoons
- Malt Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the cucumber and slice it into thin rounds. Sprinkle with salt and let it sit for 1 hour.
Step 2
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
Step 3
Wash the radishes, peel them, and slice them into rounds.
Step 4
Rinse the anchovies, remove the bones, heads, and tails, and cut them into pieces.
Step 5
Slice the tomatoes into rounds.
Step 6
Chop the parsley.
Step 7
Mix the anchovy paste with vegetable oil, vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet and chop them coarsely.
Step 9
Combine the vegetables, herbs, and fish. Dress the salad and sprinkle with nuts.
