Ingredients

  • Red potatoes 45 oz
  • Red Wine Vinegar ½ cup
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise 7½ tablespoons
  • Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
  • Celery stalks 2 pieces
  • Chicken Eggs 4 pieces
  • Red Onion 0 oz
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Pickles ½ jar

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the potatoes well using a vegetable brush and cut them into cubes about 2 cm on each side. Place them in a pot and cover with 3.5 liters of water. When it boils, cook for about 10 minutes. After draining the water, combine the potatoes with vinegar, salt, and pepper, mix well, and let cool for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, chop the pickles, celery, onion, and parsley. Boil the eggs hard, peel them, and roughly chop.

Step 3

In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, pickles, and mustard. Then add the potatoes, eggs, onion, celery, and parsley. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper if needed.
