American Cabbage Salad
Ingredients
- Mayonnaise 5 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 2 teaspoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Sugar to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Green Papaya 15 oz
- Carrot 10 oz
- Raisins 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice with a pinch of sugar, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Remove the core from the cabbage and cut it into pieces that will fit in the top section of the food processor. Shred the cabbage in the processor. Peel the carrot and grate it in the processor. This can also be done by hand. In a large bowl, mix the cabbage, carrot, and raisins. Before serving, dress the salad.
