Step 1

Soak the almonds overnight, rinse them, and blend well with the glass of water.

Step 2

Strain the resulting milk through cheesecloth or a sieve. Add the dates, cinnamon, mint leaves, and blend all the ingredients again.

Step 3

The finished cocktail can be quickly chilled in the freezer, ice can be added, or it can be served immediately, garnished with a cinnamon stick and shredded coconut.
