Ingredients
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Malt Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Fresh Mint 2 tablespoons
- Ground coriander 1 tablespoon
- Olives stuffed with lemon 0 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Courgette 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take one long cucumber and cut it into cubes. Remove the seeds and skin from the green bell pepper and cut it into cubes. Pit and slice the green olives.
Step 2
Combine the cucumber, bell pepper, and olives, add a tablespoon of chopped cilantro, 2 tablespoons of chopped mint, wine vinegar, and olive oil. Mix and season to taste. Transfer to a serving platter and serve.
