Ingredients
- King Prawns 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 0 oz
- Eggplants 5 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Ground Cumin a pinch
- Apple Cider Vinegar 0 oz
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Orange juice concentrate 0 fl oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Cilantro 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grill the peeled shrimp.
Step 2
Chop the bell pepper and eggplant coarsely and grill them, drizzling with seasoned and salted white wine.
Step 3
Slice the tomatoes and onion into rings and bake in the oven until partially cooked.
Step 4
To prepare the dressing, combine olive oil with orange juice, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce. Add finely chopped garlic and cilantro.
Step 5
Mix the vegetables and shrimp and dress the salad with the orange dressing.
