Artichoke and Goat Cheese Pie
Ingredients
- Yeast Dough 1 piece
- Soft Goat Cheese with Herbs 5 oz
- Skim Milk 1 cup
- Large Chicken Eggs 2 pieces
- Canned Artichokes 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place the 22 cm diameter dough on a baking sheet.
Step 2
Put the goat cheese, milk, and eggs in a blender and blend for one minute or until smooth.
Step 3
Season with pepper to taste. Pour over the dough and arrange the artichoke halves on top.
Step 4
Bake the pie for 15 minutes. Then reduce the oven temperature to 180°C and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or more until the crust is light brown and a knife inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean.
Step 5
Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
