Apple Pie with Pecan Crumble
Ingredients
- Apple 2 pieces
- Oat flakes 5 oz
- Corn Flour for Polenta 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Muscovado Sugar 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Kefir 10 fl oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Almond 5 oz
- Pecan 0 oz
- Ground Cinnamon to taste
- Lemon ½ piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the apples and place them in a bowl.
Step 2
Pour lemon juice over them, mix, and let sit.
Step 3
Combine oat flour and corn flour, add sugar (50 g), salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix well.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix the liquids — kefir, eggs, and oil (100 ml) until smooth. Combine with the dry mixture. Pour this over the apples.
Step 5
Transfer to a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Step 6
Finely chop or break the nuts. Place in a bowl.
Step 7
Add almond flour, cinnamon, and sugar to the nuts.
Step 8
Pour the oil into the mixture and mix thoroughly.
Step 9
Spread the crumble over the pie and bake in the oven for 60 minutes at 320°F.
