- Dried Apricots 0 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the sorted and washed dried apricots in hot water and cook for 20–25 minutes.
Step 2
Chop the onion and sauté it in the butter.
Step 3
Add sugar and finely chopped onion to the cooked apricots and bring the soup to a boil.
Step 4
Serve the anushapur hot.
