- Salad Potatoes 6 pieces
- Anchovies 15 pieces
- Vinegar essence 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Freshly boiled peeled potatoes should be passed through a sieve into a salad bowl and arranged in a mound.
Step 2
At the base of the mound, place the anchovies rolled into circles or sprats, cleaned and boneless. Between them, add finely chopped green onions.
Step 3
Drizzle the potatoes with the prepared sauce made from oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
