- Cardamom a pinch
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Nutmeg a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the butter and add 2 tablespoons of sugar, mix well. Beat the egg yolks and gently incorporate the flour. Mix until smooth. Add water. Spread the dough in a baking dish, pricking it with a fork all around. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes. After that, place it in a preheated oven at 390°F until golden brown (15–20 minutes). Once the dough is ready, remove it and let it cool.
Step 2
Peel the pumpkin. Place it on a baking sheet, cover with foil, and bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for 15 minutes. The sign of readiness is softness. If the pumpkin is soft, remove it and let it cool. Once cooled, cut it and puree it in a blender or through a sieve. Add the eggs, sour cream, cardamom, nutmeg, and sugar. Mix well.
Step 3
Pour the pumpkin mixture into the cooled crust and place it in the oven for 30 minutes.
